Delete your account & data

You can delete your Studyclout account and all associated personal data at any time. This page describes every way to request deletion.

Delete in the app

1. Open Studyclout and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security.
3. In the "Danger Zone" section, choose "Delete Account" and confirm.

Delete via email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion of your account or specific data by email. Write from the email address of your account to: contact@studyclout.com

Delete specific data (without deleting your account)

You can delete your own content (documents, posts, comments, events) directly in the app at any time. Alternatively, you can request deletion of specific data by email without deleting your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, sign-in credentials, and all personal data (uploaded documents, posts, comments, chats, notifications). Personal data is fully purged from production systems within 30 days. Data subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. invoice data for ticket purchases) is deleted after the respective retention period expires.
